08.08.41 The breakout from the Luga bridgehead begins. Attack strong Russian positions that are being used by the Russians preparing to attack the very same day! Take considerable losses in the process.

09.08.41 Prepare to re-launch the attack out of the Luga bridgehead after the setbacks of the previous day.

10.08.41 Attack again out of the Luga bridgehead late on the afternoon, penetrating the Russian defences after dark along the Porech'e - Yurky road.

11.08.41 Clear the Russian positions after the breakout from the Luga bridgehead, which takes 24 hours.

12.08.41 The attack continues against the Russian 2nd line of defence. Motorised Infantry Regiment 4 attacks defensive positions at Vypolsova.

13.08.41 Spearheads cross the Kingisepp - Leningrad railway and reach the vicinity of Moloskovitsky. First encounter Russian Katyusha rocket launchers.

14.08.41 Attack in an north-easterly direction.

15.08.41 Cross the highway halfway between Volosovo and Gomontovo.

16.08.41 The advance slows over the next couple of days to only a few kilometres in the face of heavy fighting. No replacements are arriving to cover losses.

18.08.41 Advance 20km into region east of Volosovo. Capture 1000+ Russians - the most captured so far in the campaign by the division.

20.08.41 Switch over to mobile-defence south west of Krasnogvardeysk, relieving the 1st Panzer Division. Occupy defensive front 25km in length, facing north towards Leningrad.
