British CO needed some field artillery and a Tiffy to cause some pain to the Germans. Nice report!

Cheers

Nice one! Good house rule with having to clear wrecks from the highway.

Just put togheter what you think is good!

We had a game in last night, just made the scenario up on the spot with my 2 co players. Easy as that

I did paint 6 planes last week so it was only normal we went for the capture of a german held airstrip somewhere in normandy though GimmeGimme

Good job peterc. The couple times I've tried to make up a quick scenario, I end up not enjoying the game as much. In fact, I normally don't even finish the games.

There's some kin of metal hurdle I need to get over.

Well, setting up quick scenarios requires a few things in my opinion.

1: make sure the forces are pretty even. That way if your scenario backfires, the troops still have a fighting chance against each other.

2: make sure you have some kind of sudden death objective. Be it break points, turn limit to reach something or something that must be captured. That way there is a set end to a game, making it faster to play out. It also stops 'camping' and speeds up gameplay i think.

3: don't make it too complicated! It's meant to be fun!

4: if possible, base your scenario around something you just painted. It always gives more pleasure using new stuff and gives you a motivation to get it started
