Any manufacturer making a model of the subject either mounted or not?

I'm guessing you want 10-12 mm?

I think Scotia do one, but it's 1/200, and fairly rubbish...

I've though about scratch building one, but decided it'd be more trouble than it's worth.

From the little I've read on them, they seem to be deployed in rear areas (cities etc), rather than front line. I could be wrong though!

They were also the main AA weapon for the tank divisions in 1941.
