Posted on 13 December 2013 at 19:15:42 GMT Yep, that advice I gave you a fortnight ago forget it buy these instead. 144 figs for £21.50 + P&P (no doubt various retailers will be offering discounts but I cannot wait) |

Posted on 14 December 2013 at 09:57:42 GMT Here you go Pete: "Company sized 15mm Late War British Infantry 1944-45 box set. Contains: 144 figures, including 3 x 2 inch mortar teams and 3 x PIAT teams. All you need to build a 3 platoon company (including company HQ)." |

Posted on 14 December 2013 at 10:02:10 GMT Bloody Hell, they look good! I'm already fighting off the idea of 20mm for Chain of Command, I don't need this sort of temptation! |

Posted on 14 December 2013 at 13:34:09 GMT I want some Peter Pig 14th Army for Burma before I delve off into NWE in a third scale, but those are mighty tempting! Good pack break down, very handy. Wonder if they'll do support weapons? 3" mortars, Vickers MMGs, maybe with engineers or a 6pdr to fill the space?! |

Posted on 14 December 2013 at 15:49:44 GMT Actually, judging by the grid, those are the 1/72nd scale versions. If they are 15mm then they're VERY big? |

Posted on 15 December 2013 at 11:15:06 GMT Wow, chubby 1/72nd scale figures to match the metal ranges.... How long has it taken someone to work that one out! Just doing some 1/72 Yanks and I did find myself wondering why I'd paid £13 for figures which look kinda the same as £6 Esci/Airfix/Revell ones... This is a much better idea.. |

Posted on 15 December 2013 at 20:24:58 GMT Pete/Steve, Although the blurb says 144 figs I can't make it add up. 10 on command frame and 12 on the other. 3 Piat and 2" mortar means 3 command sprue (30 figs) plus at a guess 9 of the infantry makes a total of 138 |
