Does/has anyone painted some armies for the 1942-45 Burma campaign? If so, what colour uniforms do you give the various combatants?

I'm fairly confident on Commonwealth uniforms being khaki drab initially before moving over to jungle green by 44/45. Some Indian regiments appear to persist with khaki drab even in 1945 according to pictures I've found of the Mandalay/Meiktila campaign.

The Japanese, though, seem to be in a mixture of combinations: some khaki, some half-khaki, half-olive, some khaki with olive/jungle green helmets.

I'm also looking for vehicle camo schemes. Again, allied seem to be variations on monotone green, but the Japanese?

Of interest, I'll be using 6mm models.
