Try googling STEVEN BALAGAN's written guide but it has no pictorial guide. Its a very useful free guide.
Osprey's MAA books are easy to use pictorial guides. (My main source.) You may get a cheap copy at Amazon or through second hand book search on internet.
Googling for images usually brings up many lovely black and white photos. I got one small set of colour images through googling images which I think came from this book: Hombres en Uniforme No4. La Caballeria en la Guerra Civil 1936-1939, Lion, Silvela and Bellido, Quiron Ediciones, Valladolid 1999 (ISBN 84-87324-20-1).
Of course there are lots of free colour images you can use as a guide by checking out various SCW figures / figure scales on the Irregular Miniatures website where many donated photos give you an indication of uniforms.
