anyone know if this aircraft is avaiable in 1/300 scale

Not that I'm aware of. Wouldn't a 109 be just about acceptable (with a bit of modification)?
Failing that, try contacting Andy Kirk at H&R. I needed an Fw58 but no-one made them. He kindly looked through the models and suggested an alternative (a Japanese plane).
He might be able to suggest an alternative.
