Hi

I'm looking to add some light anti-aircraft units to my 10/12mm Russian WWII force (37mm, MMG)but having looked at Pendraken and Magister Militum cannot see any thing suitable. So was wondering if anybody knew of any other manufactures who might produce these, or any other ideas for that matter.

many thanks, Paul

For the 37mm you could probably use the British Bofors, as I think they are similar/the same thing. For AAMG, I've used the DPShK (?) from the Vietcong range, and head-swapped the gunner.

Have a look here (HQ bases): http://kiwidave.pbworks.com/w/page/7780151/BKC%...

Russian 37mmLAA is not same as Bofors - but very similar.

As to users - UK, US, Poland (where the UK ones originate), Sweeden +...........

The Pithead GAZ with triple MG is a very good model.
But in games turn a 37mm gun would be useful?
Kiwidave's AA MG is very well done.

Thanks for all the replies.

Kiwidave - loved the Russians hope mine come out half as well (we breifly chatted at colours a few weeks ago).

I have not come across Pithead before, how do they compare with Pendraken size wise?

Cheers Paul.

I use pithead and pendraken together; they are quite close with the usual caveats about the same piece of kit from two manufacturers being a potential problem side-by-side.
