Hi, I planned to buy some nice miniatures from Pendraken : US Marines for WWII amphibian assault.
I was thinking of painting them Olive Drab (like my US AFV), but I am not sure it is a good choice since I watch "Pacific". Has anyone a good suggestion ?

I'd go lighter I think - to portray the sun-bleached look: maybe an olive drab & khaki 50:50 mix, highlighted then with 30:70 mix & final highlight of pure khaki [or maybe bleached bone]?

Vajalro (sp) Green Grey looks good for it. Too lazy to walk to front room and find it to get number.
