Anyone know how close H&R is to CinC and GHQ? I only need
a couple of minis and would prefer to pay for 'one-offs' rather than a 5 pack I only need one of...

Rather smaller they are 1/300th no 1/285th, but do stay in one peice and are much better value for money.

Thank you.

Wasn't sure as minis at that size are often off scale.

If it wasn't for the fact that I lucked into a real good deal on a whole bunch of GHQ and CinC minis...

Be warned that even GHQ infantry doesn't match well with their individual U.S. Paras, which are closer to 10mm scale then 6mm!

You'd think that manufacturers of scale models, in a business in which there are numerous different scales, would pay more attention to the actual (vs. listed) scale of their figures! I just got a bunch of "Call to Arms" Zulus in 1/72 plastic, and they're all a head shorter than a bunch of HaT colonial Highlanders I had gotten earlier.

(insert unvoiced but amply felt deleted expletives and derogation here...)

Maybe the "Call to Arms" Zulus can be repurposed into Kalahari bushmen auxiliaries or allies?

Wow, I REALLY lucked into a good deal on some GHQ/CinC minis. A buttload of US and German, a decent amount of Russian and some British and even French.
Course now I'll be posting some pictures soon asking "What is this?" as CinC's site is kinda poor about pictures...

Armstrong minis I think has a spreadsheet that lists all of 6mm models and what the code is for each one. I couldn't find it in his Yahoo group though.
