All of my WW2 stuff is Pendraken, (Soviet/German/British) and I would like some recommendations as to what/where I can get figures to use as crew for my SPG,s/Half tracks etc. I did try cannabalising some spare Art. figs. but it was not a success.
thanks. Ivan.

Do what I do and keep writing to Dave at Pendraken and keep requesting tank crew , etc sooner or later someone will listen Smile

I keep asking Snafu also Smile

I'd love a couple of british tank commanders looking thru binoculars sunk low in the turret, and drinking a cup of tea. Would be nice to see some dismounted also for a diorama Smile

German Tank Commanders you can get from Pendraken :

Minifigs figures are good for crew as they are quite slim, so fit inside vehicles well.

But most are in the various nationalities helmets, which isn't always appropriate (can be OK for SPG but rarely for tanks).

For british vehicles (tanks, SPGs, armored cars) use the paras, either the beret (paint it black) or the helmet type (which is different from the regular boiler-plate army type, and rather similar to the armor crew type). Both were in use.
