Gents
I'm basing up my soviet rifle regiment.
If anti-tank rifles are listed as 'infantry upgrade', does this mean that they should be based with the relevant infantry ? I was going to base them separately , per 'support units'.

You can base them either way, the important thing is to know which units have the upgrades and which don't.

Hoghead,

For all my forces I base my upgrades with infantry. If my force has for example 12 infantry bases and I want 3 AT bases, I will initially make 12 bases and turn 3 of them into AT bases. I then, given time and spare models will make 3 more bases with just infantry so I have the option of fielding 12 infantry or 9 infantry and 3 AT bases.

Another method is to make small bases with the ATR/panzershreck/bazooka/PIAT on it, and place alongside or behind the relevant base. Seen this done with RPG-7 for Veitman game, worked well.
