Under rigid doctrine,if HQ1 formation includes mortar/inf gun/artillery support weapons,can HQ2 order them to move /fire?
Can an onboard artillery support unit fire more than once per turn if succesfuly ordered by the same HQ?

On one, not if you're using fixed formations.

On two, yes (again assuming it's in their formation if using fixed formations!).
