Pete, I have had a quick look through the posts and can not see an answer to this.
In the army list for the British in Italy you have put a date limit for the Churchills as 7/44+, should there be any date limit for Churchills in this theatre? Surly churchills should be available in 1943

I'm not sure of the exact date but for some reason no Churchill Regts made it to Italy until 1944.

North Irish Horse equipped with Churchills went to Italy in April 44 first engagement in May. They had not been in action since Tunisia in 1943.
