What would happen if you are using the "commanders" instead normal HQ´s and the rest of this unit is destroyed, leaving the commander alone?

Does it have to give orders to himself in order to make actions? The penalties for moving first still applies? Huh?

Not sure what to do. Maybe in this case the Commander loses his status and reverts to a regular unit, being controled with the CO?

He can just carry on as normal, not that there is much point!

Sorry Pete, i´m not sure of what you mean by "carry on" as normal.

A Commander is both a regular unit and a HQ. Someone has to give orders to him to perform actions. Who?

Deadmoon,

I can't remember how I dealt with this in the past. I guess a couple of things could be done, but I'd suggest that you carry on rolling to move just him.

"Does it have to give orders to himself in order to make actions?"

Yep, this option.

I can imagine the commander talking and giving orders to himself, like Gollum Grin
