Hi All,
Next week we'll have game with bunkers (my plan is to put PAK 40 and possibly 88s in a bunker or two).
And the rules say that a bunker can only be engaged through its frontal arc (or close assaulted by inf and engineers).

But I guess it can still be targeted by artillery as normal, though it would be very difficult to knock out a bunker.

Thanks in advance,

Ulf O

You could restrict the FAO-called artillery to situations when the FAO is in the frontal arc of the bunker if you wanted to.

The scheduled artillery could be of course planned before the battle to hit the bunkers.

Ciao wolf6se,
I think that the frontal arc (90°) is referred to direct fire so the indirect fire like artillery can engage the fortifications by every angle.
