Hi guys

Point 2 states that 'when carrying out a move action, the commander must be the first unit to move'. I take it that this means that no unit in the formation can move in that particular order phase if the commander himself does'nt move. Is the correct?

No, it just means the commander must be the first one to move if he intends to move.
