When do you check for whether the attacker has won in this scenario? As the attacker gets a minor victory for occupying the defender's third of the table, it's possible to achieve this before exiting 25% of your force off the table edge and gaining a major victory.
Surely the game doesn't end if the attacker fulfils the minor victory condition while still being in a position to achieve the major?

Oddly enough the defender objectives are a minor victory if he denies the attacker the third of the table nearest the defenders baseline and a major victory if he prevents the attacker exiting 25% of his units.
Therefore, if the game ends once the attacker achieves his minor objective, as is very likely to happen before getting 25% of his units of the table, then the defender will have achieved a major objective!
I would suggest the game is played to the full duration or until the attacker achieves his major objective, or a player concedes.

What we have done here is that to capture an objective, you need to have 3 inf units + CMD unit (unsupressed) but, if the enemy also fulfill this (have his own 3 inf + CMD) then the objective is contested.

In other words, you need to pull back the enemy from the objective to successfully control an objective.

With this view, the Breakthrough scenario has more sense.
