Hello all,

I'm currently collecting a late war Soviet army in 15mm and was thinking about collecting Hungarians as an opposing force.

I notice that the Turan II Heavy Tank has the open special rule and I was wondering why this is. After looking at several models, the handful of photos i've been able to find online and a specification of the tanks capabilities I still can't see why the open special rule?

I've added it to the errata. Just ignore the 'O' and increase the points to 110.
