I'm sure this one came up before, but I couldn't find it, so please bear with me...

The question I'd like to ask is how points costs are calculated for infantry units and upgrades - do the points for an upgrade (e.g. Panzerfausts) add to the points costs of an infantry unit or do the costs for upgrades already include the costs for an infantry unit?

The cost of an upgrade is added to the cost of the unit you are buying for your battlegroup:

eg late war Germans on Eastern Front:

Inf unit, Heer / Conscripts are 30 points; and adding a Panzerschreck upgrade to that unit would cost an additional 50 points, so total 80 points.

Inf unit / elite / Fallschirmjaeger are 70 points; add upgrade of panzerfaust up-grade at 65 points gives total of 135 points.

Of course thats only how I read it / play it!!

I think it must be the cost of an infantry unit plus the cost of the upgrade as a Soviet Anti-tank Rifle is 10 points.

That would be a bargain if it included the cost of the infantry squad!!!
