Looking at the example of play on p.22 of the rulebook.
When those two French tanks fire at the Panzer on the road the xop states that they need a "4" or more to hit based on the Panzer being in the open.
However - doesn't one of the French tanks have to fire over the wall to hit the Panzer?
Therefore one French tank would need 4's to hit, and the one firing over the wall would need 6's?
