Hi All,
In the command phase I understand that I have to specify what the units under command will do (you guys fire at that inf squad over there, while 3rd squad moves, for example).

But what about the Initiative phase? All units firing at the same target should presumably do so together, but do all initiative actions have to be stated in advance, or can I make it up as I go along?
(I would prefer to state all actions before I do anything, but what is the intent in the rules. I can't find it actually stated)
