Clarification needed.

Page 42 in mobile deployments it say -1 to the CV roll if units being commanded have speed 10-15cm.
Then further down in Flank Deployment it says you take modifiers the further in you wish to deploy.

My question is do these two set of modifiers stack?

IE If I have a command entirely of infantry attempting to deploy in the last third of the board am I at a -3 to my command score (-1 for being slow, then another -2 for attempting to enter the second third of the board)

Seems logical to me that they would on the basis that if it’s increasingly difficult to conduct a successful flanking manoeuvre the further you take it and also harder to mount one slowly, then it’s even tougher to try one that’s both slow and deep.
