Just a few questions concerning the battlegroup selection rules:

1. "Max nine panzer units per 1000 points (excluding Tiger units)"
Does this exclude Tiger I/Tiger II or the Hetzer mentioned in the next line too?

2. In the next line it says "Max three Tiger I/Tiger II/Hetzer panzer units per battlegroup"
Why is the Hetzer available as a panzer unit 1/45+ and as a SPAT choice 7/44+? And why is it limited together with the Tigers? Just curious behind the reason for this kind of limitation.

3. Do the limits for anti-tank units include ATGs and the SPATs too?

As I understand it you could get 3 Hetzers from the "Anti-Tank Unit (SPAT, Hetzer)" and from 1/45+ three additional ones from "Panzer Unit (Hetzer)" if you take no Tiger I/II.
