Looking through the British army list, can someone please tell the correct stats for a Sherman 105 and Sherman 75?

I see all Sherman stat listed as 20-4/60-35-85; except the Firefly which is 20-5/80-3-5.

I'm getting ready to run a scenario (Operation Goodwood July 1944) at HOB game convention this Aug -the scenario indicates 7 Sherman 75s; 3 Sherman Firefly and 1 Sherman 105.

Thanks,
Justo

The Sherman 75 is the one with the 4/60 as attack stats.
The Sherman 105 is the one armed with a howitzer, indicated by a (h) behind his attack stats. Don't have my book with me, so can't say if the British even have Sherman 105's but the Americans certainly do, so you could check for them in the US NWE list. In the US list they are listed as Sherman 105.

Sherman 105 was not used by UK forces in NWE. In use in Italy and by the Poles after Normandy, same with the 76mm.

NTM - correct, it was thought the 75 gave enough HE and smoke for close support. Also there was a shortage of 105mm ammunition. Where a 105 is in a British list repalce with a 75.

...Im going to play it as is, even if the Brits did not have Sherman 105s in that Operation. I think the village St Awry is fictional cause I've not been able to find it on a map of the area around Caen.

Just tried Google maps and had no joy, but I reckon it is based on the 1stSS Panzer Regiment's attack on Bourquebus, commanded by Peiper. I hope that is of some help.

St Awry -- probably is fictional as it would be "Sent Awry" phonetically.

I have looked at this scenario before, and agree with Tostig. This is a link to another scenario on the same battle http://www.testofbattle.com/upload/bob/Goodwood...
No 105s there -- but if you want to include one, its hardly going to change the balance of the battle much.
