As some of you may know fir of us have been ttrialling a play by email variant of BKC that I be been working on. It's been nicknamed BKC battleships on account of the grid based command system we use to allow orders to be sent by email. In essence as the umpire I create maps and intel reports, players make commands and I roll dice, plot movement and combat, and reissue the maps and intel ready for the next turn.
The next trial game kicks off in about 10 days, and it will be a 6 player game based in 1944 Normandy. There is roughly 2 turns s week, and as it uses maps and intel reports so there is no need for players to have to set up ttables or minis at all. We have 1 spare place available for the next game if someone wants to join in. First to reply to this mail gets the spot.
