Posted on 21 March 2014 at 15:31:23 GMT I am working on a Hammer's Slammers army currently and decided I needed combat cars. I couldn't find any in 6mm so I decided to make my own. Used CinC light gun carriers with Brigade crew served Gatling's. Snipped the barrels down a little and cut off a few little bits to make them fit right, then super glued them to the sides. They came out pretty good. |

Posted on 22 March 2014 at 03:57:01 GMT We shall see... It's going to be a few months before they are even close to play ready. And that's assuming I don't get super excited when all the extra bits I picked up on Ebay for the Space Ork army you gave me arrive and to don't paint that first. |

Posted on 23 March 2014 at 00:01:46 GMT That's a rule set and lots of info and pictures...no models. Trust me I looked around for a long time. The company that was making them currently is not producing miniatures. |

Posted on 23 March 2014 at 16:01:40 GMT I haven't e-mailed him, but the website hasn't been updated in a number of years so I am making a bit of an assumption that it is over. Also, some of the chatter on the boards is that it is. Plus, I got to make my own, which was fun. |

Posted on 23 March 2014 at 19:30:06 GMT The C in C figures are excellent Slammers proxies on all levels, I think. He makes a pretty fine looking Heavy Hover that could be a good Blower. Also, I've always been partial to the DEIMOS series tanks from GZG - Jon cast me up a bunch on special order last summer for my Earthlight Division mercs, who are of a kindred spirit to the Slammers, so I can speak to that. |

Posted on 23 March 2014 at 20:22:48 GMT Just had this from Jez Hi Richard, All of my ranges are very much still in production. You can view my old site archived here – http://web.archive.org/web/20120104195053/http://www.oldcrowmodels.co.uk/index.htm There’s no shopping cart but you can view the products, and I am happy to take orders by email. Payment can be arranged through Paypal and I will continue to work with the old prices for now. Many new products have been developed since the old site was last updated. I can now supply Slammers Jeeps in Mortar, Tribarrel and Cargo versions, and many of the opposition detachments can now be assembled. Regards Jez Old Crow |
