The snipers (lower left corner) were able to suppress the lead APC, as the FAO (lower right, on top of the hill) was able to transmit coordinates for an Ortillery strike...

Now, THAT is an Ortillery strike!

I got slaughtered. It was bad, one of the more effective arty strikes I have seen in the game. He was rolling 5-6's like it was his job.

Ooo. Ow. That does not look good...

I don't know if you got a chance, but I think you need to disperse your units a little more :S

Perhaps to the other side of the planet judging by that :S

Nope, I was blowing command rolls all game long, I think in five turns I had a total of 11 successful command rolls from 2 hq's and 1 CO.

My plan was to drop the infantry in the rough ground there and then pull the IFV's back a little to disperse them, didn't get a chance to though...

Don't tell me, the classic "make first roll, get somewhere vulnerable, fail next roll, sit like lemons and get killed". Always fun...

One word ...

Ouch!

BTW, all of my bases will be painted and flocked before the next BatRep goes up!
