Hi i have a couple of questions:

A. Recce unit calls down artillery/air support, when checking the distance for the amount of deviation dice do you measure the distance from the target to the FAC/FAO or the Recce unit

B. As you can have 3 units in reserves per 1000pts would an IFV carrying an infantry unit count as one unit or two
