unable to find in the rules. but on transport does infantry upgrade take up a transport speace? if I had a dropship with 12 spaces can I put 12 infantry and 12 weapons upgrade into it?

Not that I'm aware of as they effectively just get a better gun.

Upgrades are part of the infantry stand, so don't take up any extra room.

Yeap, and all you have to do is make the command roll, hope it does not deviate too much, survive the AA attacks, hope you don't abort the landing and then prat you have some troops left after ...

And then get the command rolls to open fire, and hope you get the FAO before the orbital strikes and artillery hit your lovely clustered lump of flesh...

I'm bad at air assaults. I always seem to drop them in the move onto the next group forgetting I can't go back to the first
