Check cost of your Chimera, apply to your army list and all should be happy.
I've re-jigged bits from both the marine and the red guard list. They are guidelines until somebody starts forcing competition lists at each other.
As for short vertically challenged troops, I thought that they used chimeras and rhinos, but i am scratching the back of my brain.
