In the Surgical Strike scenario, it says the defender may deploy up to one-third of his force on the table. A couple questions:

1) Where exactly is this deployment area for the defender?
2) How does the other two-thirds of the defender's battlegroup enter the table?

Read the paragraph on p.46, end of the first para for Surgical Strike.
