Does anyone know where I can purchase 15mm scaled chickens? How about 15mm scaled Cannonballs?

make the cannon balls....either use cheap beads from hobby craft, glue them in a pile and paint, or just roll milliput, stack and paint.

HO/OO scale chickens available on the following link. I know they are 20mm scale, but would probably look ok. I have used HO/OO buildings with 15mm figures and they look fine scale wise. Hope this helps.

Irregular maybe - do all sorts of domestic animals
6mm BB balls are about right for cannon balls.

Thanks everyone - I was looking to make some "humorous" disorganized stands for an ACW game. I don't just like using casualty markers for disorganized so I was thinking:

Rebel Soldiers breaking ranks and chasing chickens for dinner (this really works for Gettysburg)

Union Officers all standing in a group looking at a map.

The Cannon balls are for stationary markers! Thanks for the help.
