Hi,

there was another thread treating buildings from http://www.lasermodellbau.de
I got the guy to relaunch his 1:144 Normandy range. It offers 6 three storey buildings, that is, 4 dwellings, one "Patisserie" and one "Boulangerie". The buildings are made by laser cut and carving. The models have to be assembled (I think it is a fast job) and to be painted. I think I will give it a try when I am back from my trip to Eastbourne.

Cheers,
Patrik

They look nice - interesting that they are made from "woody board"

Are the Normandy buildings all different, as they all seem to have the same photo?

Think there are some differences at the groundfloor (position of doors and windows). But seems that they all have the same size.

at lentulus: Have a look at "VERSANDINFORMATIONEN" in the top menu bar, there you will find your postage rates under "Versandkosten: World (USA, AUSTRALIA, ASIA".

at fred12df: Yep, they are all the same size. Yo can see the differences when you have a click at the line drawing left (or left above) to the text. The differences are in the layout of windows and doors as Panzer-Kalle already stated. The guy took only one photo of the "Boulangerie" to show the size of his buildings.

Well, I had some trouble to convince this guy to "re-launch" his 1/144 Normandy buildings. He was pretty fed up as he offered this range some time ago without any results!!! So, he hasn't any intentions to enlarge this range. But some positive feedback might change his point of view...

Cheers,
Patrik

Hi
e a damaged
DeusIrea

I live in Dulmen but I'm moving to Gutersloh in August/September.

I will let you know how it looks first impressions are I like thinking of making frames inside of roofs so they can be taken off. this will help make placing stands inside easy also sant the sides down slightly so can have a damaged house then a pristine house slid over the top.

Well I used to attend some conventions of a wargames club run by some fellows of the BA at Bergen. Do you know whether this group is still active?

Yeah, that's it: The Bergen Hohne club! So, there is still a wargaming convention or is the JHQ mentioned a different one?
