Been a while since I used the Battlegroups feature, so accept that this might be pilot error, but can someone explain why this happens;

Select FWC, Andrayadas, and 6000 points. Tick ignore random points modifier, and then get just 5400 points to spend - I can't see where the other 600 have gone.

Can anyone explain why please?

Doh! Spotted it myself - 10% deduction for Tech Level.
