Just starting to look through this. Any special rules for elite Special forces like Delta Force and Seal Team six? And mobs like the Somalis?

Elite troops usually get +1 attack and no CV modifier for assaulting.

For Somali militia I'd probably pinch the stats from the Ethiopia-Sudanese conflict for the WSLF militia but give them all RPGs.

I don't think under CWC the battle would be very playable, but possibly using the skirmish amendments from FWC it'd be a good "Zulu Dawn" style bash?

Nothing for elite, but you could treat them as veterans but one better, so instead of rolling one die less for suppression/fall-back, roll two less. Obviously they will have the highest command rating as well.

Yeah, someone did actually... think they'd scaled up a bit with some hypothetical stuff, as there were Bradleys and Abhrams on table?

Actually, if you think of each figure as one man, and each base as a fireteam then it'd probably work out ok. I was thinking at one stand equals one platoon, you'd have to ignore most of the rescuee's as they'd be too small a unit to represent
