Hi there

I 'm looking for some thoughts on current Argentinian forces for a non-1982 Falklands, or an escallation of the 1982 conflict. Scotia do a range of minis for the TAM/VCTP et al, and the M113, AMX-13 et al are reasonably easy to get hold of.

Any thoughts?

G.

Tam is the only problem - would use a Leo 1A3 attacks, with Marder Defence, should give the right effect.

VCTP - again use the Marder - both factors, but no Milan.

Rest are all there, if not in the Argentine stats.

I think that a non Falklands Argentine army would be about as good as a Falklands Arngentine army - just heavier kit. The Argentine army was simply a system to get civvies thru a military training system. Recruits arrived in Jan - March, then underwent training until discharged at the end of that year. Fighting in April - June meant that their recruits had recieved a bare minimum of training. Confused
