ANOTHER Opportunity fire question...

..and one that has probably been asked before. I did search previous posts, and gave up, there's loads!
If a unit of Infantry and Vehicles advance and trigger Opportunity fire, can the Opp firing unit fire IATW at the Vehicle and Small arms fire at the Infantry?
Or does the unit have to choose either/or?
If the firing unit chooses to fire IATW as a reaction to a AFV move, can it then fire small arms as a reaction to a subsequent successful order, ordering infantry to move? (Considering that the firing stand has fired at 50% capability first turn and 50% second turn)

Has to choose one or the other

No, that would be two opp actions
