Iam now building two battlegroups for CWC to present them in our club (Cold war Russians and American circa 1985) but after reading rules few times iam little confused about command and fire order. can i issue more targets if my commander order fire? example i have platoon of 4 M60 tanks facing two T62 can i spend one order if two M60 will be shooting one t62 and two remaing on the other one or is it two orders

You can indeed target both T-62s, one pair of M60s against each one.

so every unit in formation can with one order target seperate targets (or ofcourse combine fire) within normal restrictions?

Although, you'll soon find that most of the time in CWC you're better off lumping all your fire onto one target in order to rack up enough hits to do something nasty to him (remember that otherwise all the hits will vanish at the end of the turn and the T62 will be back, good as new, next turn).

The exception to this tactical rule is your first fire against a numerically or technically superior enemy when you might spread your fire hoping to get lucky and suppress lots of them so they can't fire back in opportunity fire.
