Is there a difference between the grade of Wet terrain when it comes to Artillery or is a blanket rule for all kinds of wet terrain that Artillery strikes a nullified when hitting them?

It's a blanket rule, so feel free to adjust for your own games.

Thanks! We werent sure but since it was our first game we followed the rules. We may come up with something or tweak it. For now, we will play as intended.

Regarding the "wet terrain", can you tell me where that is? Or is it just the the cover ratings for assault boats (5 or 6) and amphibious vehicles in water (6).
