US infantry in Vietnam can order air/artillery support at the FAO/FACs value -1, but how does this work? Do they do this as an independent action, does this effect their ability to be ordered by a HQ?

I think we've treated it as an initiative like action - you just do it (before being attempted to motivate), and it puts you at a -1 for motivations Wink
