Do RPGs, like RPG-7s, count as Infantry Anti-Tank Weapons (IATWs) per the paragraph on page 24, specifically with respect to units being hit by IATWs not getting armour saves against them?

I'm running an AK-47-ish CWC game tomorrow evening (August 1st), and the answer will be critical to play balance! Grin
