Are there any rules out there for either Somali or Al Quida technicals?

What I am looking for is stats for the vehicles. The U.S. 4x4 is probably the closest to stats for these vehicles but what about costs. RPG or HMG?

In nor somalia games, we priced them at the cost of the weapon plus the cost of a 4x4.
