In CWC the standard concentration template is a circle 20cm in diameter. However when firing barrages the rules seem to indicate that the fire zone is square as it they can be placed next to each other. The rules say that the fire zone created is 10cm from the point of impact. However one of our group has pointed out that a 20x20 square actually means that the corners are further than 10cm from the impact point - are we reading it wrong or is it just unclear - have checked the errate and FAQ's but not much help

Concentrations are measured 10cm from the point of impact, which creates a circular firezone. Barrages are square to allow you to place them together into a rectangle. If you have cheesey players in your group, any artillery that uses a single template should be circular, even if it's a barrage.

ok, that deals with the issue about chemical zones

circular if one battery firing

square if two or more firing barrage
