I purchased CWC a couple of weeks ago and decided to do a couple of forces for the 1980 Iran-Iraq conflict.

I picked a couple of forces for about 3000 to 4000pts each and ordered using the quaint old method of sending off a cheque to Navwar - how retro!

My order arrived over last weekend while I was away. But, since last Monday I've got done 300 infantry, 70 vehicles and five artillery pieces.

Still to paint, about 100 infantry, three Helicopters and two aircraft.

Here are a few examples.....

Iraqi CO team:

Iraqi T-62s:

Iraqi 4x4 with 105mm RCL team:

Iranian M60A1 teams:

All done with a spray of Humbrol Desert Yellow, a bit of basecoat, tracks, etc, and then paint on dip. Base them up and spray with dullcoat.

Looking good.

Youve gone for the reverse of me though- my Iranians ended up brown and sand camo, and my Iraqis khaki/sand.
