Out of the many painting projects I have been avoiding, these Mainforce prone infantry for CWC have somehow made it to the top of the pile along with a handful of T90's.

You can see them in more detail here http://www.madaxeman.com/main/Mainforce_6m...

Nice tank-things ...

Very 'clean' Mr Axe?

Maybe some 'dirt powder' or such & a bit of rust here & there?

Just a thought Grin

yeah - I sort of hoped the ink wash will do that, but it is pretty clean isn't it?

Maybe one for the next iteration... !

Grin ... always an interesting conundrum ... new from factory or well worn vet & customized ... some H&R baggage & an oil drum or 2 also looks good.

Very nice, but I have a question about your infantry. Did you just pick all the prone figures out of a mixed package of infantry, or does someone actually sell packs of all prone figures?

Thanks!

Mainforce is the brand - so,d by Magister Militum in the UK, not sure who sells them in the U.S.

One piece castings, including the bases - all prone or kneeling

I like Mainforce, they are pretty much indestructible.

So, engineers with assault flamethrowers - could this be a key part of the Soviet battle plan for the end of the month?

Aha, thanks Richard, light goes on! That looks pretty interesting even though the link doesn't work any more, which is a pity. What will our templates look like? How many SATs do we get? I have a set of 6x Shapeways SU-22s just arrived that are dying to dump their stuff all over NATO and My S-23s & Uragans have trigger fingers itching for a spawny NATO battery to open fire Cool

Agree ... this looks the biscuit Cool
(but as you say - shame the video is no-longer) ... but it makes it worthwhile painting up fighter/interceptor planes (for example)

Yep, I've been looking through the planes and wondering what I might get done before the end of next week ... very little, tbh, but the thought is there SillySmile
