Posted on 12 September 2014 at 21:01:40 GMT Now, to balance the forces of the Universe -some NATO (well, US) troops to fight with my late Cold War soviets. First, there will be an amphibious USMC battlegroup -almost a size of a brigade, then a Reforger mechanized inf. brigade -all for the fights in the AO of NORTHAG. |

Posted on 12 September 2014 at 21:10:08 GMT An M60A3 company (well, the HQ with an M113 -not very USMC stylish..) LVTP7 Battalion (HQ with a HMMWV painted in a 3 tone camo -also not the best choice, but I like HMMWV's, sorry To be honest, I have a lot of unpainted MUTT's) A Chapparal -for AD (mainly for the CO) An MLRS battery (Also not available in 1985 according to the rules..) Some support (An Army Kiowa (FAC), and a pair of Super Cobras) The battlegroup (without dismounts -with the already mentioned small mistakes) |

Posted on 12 September 2014 at 21:28:40 GMT So, my next step will be: -have some air support (2x F-18, used as A-6) -have some towed artillery to support them (no correct 155mm gun exists yet, so maybe something form O8's german range..) -have a lot-lot-lot of infantry with some more LVTP7's -have 4x CH-46's -have some infantry as Recce, wiht jeeps -have some infantry with Redeye/Stinger -have a true USMC style CO -have 2x more companies of M60's And have an Army reforger mechanized brigade with M1's and Bradleys.. |

Posted on 09 January 2015 at 18:06:32 GMT Actually, there was a tribute flight 20 years later, that inspired me Besides that, F-18s fly mostly with the new camo, a boring grey, and low visibility markings.. So I decided to cheat a little, for the better visual effect BTW you should make some F-14s also, so I can correct my fault |
