Hope to get a few games of CWC in over the second half of the year. Will be playing at the club so probably only time for 1 game a meeting, so I suspect we will only manage 3 or 4 games. Does anyone have an easy Campaign that would link the games together and suit 1980's West Germany?

I would suggest trying the 'Race to the Rhine' campaign for Modern Spearhead - the representational scale is the same as CWC. If you can't find a copy on the 'intermaweb' message me!

I've a copy of the "Race to Leningrad" WW2 version that's amendable as a template if you want it.

I'm taking a look at the World at War series by Lock n Load publishing. I have Death of the 1st Panzer, will let you know how it looks once in hand.

It's a game using chits/markers for units - there are scenarios included that link.

This reminded me of MechWar '77 by SPI which I have retrieved from storage. Platoon sized units are involved on a hex map and scenarios for West Germany, Yom Kippur and China vs Soviets included.

Compiling campaign resources would be a fine idea. Quick, someone blog this up!
