Thanks Richard, I'm aiming to have two T-72 battalions done by Christmas but the BV version seems to take a lot longer to finish than I'd expected.

Nice - although I was confused, I clicked on the piccy on the blog expecting it to embiggen and got sent to your Google+ photo stream Grin

Nice 6mm regiment bases, there!

Same here I was hoping to get an 'embiggened' picture of the T72BV. Have you converted it as you say it has taken longer than expected. If so what did you convert?

Cheers

I'll have a fiddle with the picture settings, I can't figure the google+ photo thing out and it never quite works as I expect. I'll try and have a go at fixing the picture thing at lunch, let me know if it works the way you'd expect.

Richard - no I haven't converted them, I've just been painting too many different models at once plus I've been rebasing stuff I wasn't happy with. So really it hasn't taken me that long to paint them it just feels like it has.

Toxicpixie - I've done 4 or 5 regiments/brigades since those were uploaded, a lot of them were already painted but needed reorganising to BKCII's platoon scale.

Don't seem to be having a good week with technology this week, can't get my photos to work properly on my blog or by inserting them here. Anyway assuming this link works I've managed to complete my first T-72 battalion:

Now moving on to an M1A1 Battalion (3rd Battalion, 64th Armor).

That worked, Flickr is shite by the way. I went to All Sizes, then copied the Download the Original size of this photo link and used that.

I was using Picasa until it got replaced by Google+ and I just happened to have a Flickr account so thought I'd try that. Now I understand how to insert an image I'll have another go:

Yep, not sure how long they'll last against M1A1's though! I suspect I won't need to paint up both US tank battalions.
