Hi guys,

what colours (tone) would you recommend for tanks of the early German Bundeswehr? I think of late 70s to early 80s, so it is the pre-camouflage-era... I prefer Vallejo, Tamiya would also serve...

Any Dark NATO green would do. the paint on most military vehicles is subjective. I know it wasnt till the new Wolf Landrovers came into service in the British army that the Squaddies couldnt paint their own Vehicles (something in the contract with Rover).
